About The Expert
Currently, Dr. Lent is Chief of Orthopedic Surgery at St. Johns Riverside Hospital. After graduating from NYU school of medicine, Dr. Lent completed an orthopedic residency at the Montefiore Medical Center in New York. He then conducted a sports medicine fellowship at Staten Island University Hospital/Hospital for Special Surgery. Dr. Lent became board certified in 1999 and has been recertified twice since.
He has been named on the Castle and Connolly “Top Doctors List” for many years and was featured in Westchester Magazine as Westchester’s top orthopedic surgeon specializing in robotic joint replacement surgery. Currently, Dr. Lent is an instructor for the Stryker Corporation in MakoPlasty and travels extensively both nationally and internationally to instruct fellow surgeons in robotic orthopedic surgery.

Chart Review
I can expertly review the X-rays, CT scans and MRIs of your client to determine the nature of the injury. I can also annotate radiology exhibits for court.
Independent Medical Exams (IME)
I have 23 years of examining orthopedic patients. This experience allows me to expertly assess the current state of the client’s disability and to write a succinct report highlighting those deficits.
